Following the publication of a promotion, QuoteOnSite's platform lists who has been the most responsive to the promotion and most likely to convert. This guide shows you where to find that list.
Follow these steps to find the follow-up list:
1. Login to your account and navigate your cursor to the left of the window to reveal the pop-up navigation menu.
2. Find and click the [Promotions Menu] button (the icon is a megaphone).
3. Navigate to the published promotion you wish to examine and open it.
4. Once you have opened the desired promotion, locate and click the [Follow Up] tab button. This will reveal a list of the most responsive recipients from the promotion. Here you can see opens and clicks and contact recipients directly using the [Follow Up] button.
