Exporting Invoice Data From Your Account
Send invoices to a .CSV file or Accounting Package

You can export your invoice data from your QuoteOnSite account in a few simple steps.
1. Go to Dashboard - Exports - Invoices
2. Get relevant Invoices by using the search options.
N.B. When an invoice is exported, subsequent searches will not return the invoice unless the "Exclude Exported" option is de-selected.
Also, only invoices marked as "sent' or "paid" are retrieved in the export.
3. When the invoice selection is done, you can export all invoices or invoices shown in the search results.
4. If you are a Sage Business Cloud or Quickbooks user, you can connect to your account and send invoices in bulk.
