Payment Schedules

If you need to invoice for your product or service in instalments, you can specify a payment schedule.

Payment schedules are a great way to let your client know how much and when payment will be expected, at different stages of your service delivery.


To create a payment schedule;


1. Go to your quote costing screen and click the 'Payments' tab.

2. Click [+ Add Pay Schedule] to add a new instalment. You can add extra notes to each instalment and include an expected payment date.


3. Payment Schedules are displayed in the 'Terms and Conditions' section of the Quote.

4. When the quote is accepted, each instalment will be represented by a draft invoice in the Invoices screen.


N.B. If your QuoteOnSite account has been set to "Only Create Draft Invoice(s) When a Job Is Marked as Complete" then your instalments will only show when the Job is Marked as complete.
