Setting up Automated Reminders

You can get QuoteOnSite to chase up non-responsive clients with automated reminders.


Reminders are sent for Quotes, Proposals and Contracts where the client has neither accepted, declined or queried your document. We consider these clients as non-engaging.


To setup reminders, go to Admin > Settings > Email and select [Send Quote Reminders].

You can edit the email message that will be sent with your quote, proposal and contract here. You can also set the frequency and period of the reminders.


For invoice reminders, follow the same steps in the invoice reminder section: Invoice reminders frequencies are determined by the value you set for your Invoice time frame (days) setting. You can find this in the Pay/Doc tab.

Invoice reminders will be sent for late invoices that have not been "Marked as Paid" by the client or Verified and Marked as paid by the account holder.
