You can easily embed the QuoteOnSite Contact Form into your website.

If you have direct control of your website, you can simply include a <script> into the <head> of your website.

If you are not proficient at maintaining your website, please send the script to your web developer or site admin!

To get the script, login into QuoteOnSite and go to Admin > Settings > Contact Form

Next, copy ALL the text contained in the script box (including the angle brackets) like the example shown below:

On your website, add this script to the <head> tag. This will cause the [Get a Quote] Button to appear on your site.

Customising your button and contact form

You can customise the colour and wording of the contact form button.

This will instantly change the button on your website.

Customising Your Contact Form Messages

There are 3 areas of text that you can customise with the contact form:

1. Introduction

The website visitor will see your introduction on the first page of the contact form. Use this area to give them instructions or to introduce your service/products.

Enter your information in the Introduction box:

2. Submission Message

When your client completes the form and submits, they will be shown a submission message.

Enter your submission message in the Submitted box:

3. Email Message

QuoteOnSite will also send the quote requestor an email confirming receipt of their request.

You can customise the email response that will be sent in the Email box:

Testing Your Contact Form

You can try out your contact from from within your QuoteOnSite account.

Go to the Home screen and click the [Preview My Form] button in the Contact Form Tile:

This will open up the 'Contact form' where you can fill in your details and request a quote.

Your quote request will trigger the relevant emails and also create a new, tagged quote in your Pending Quotes.

NOTE: Quotes created via the contact form are automatically assigned to the Account owner.
